Within the UK

Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £30.00

All orders below £30 are subject the fees listed below:

Standard UK £3.99

First class UK £5.49 signed for.

Special delivery next day by 1pm £9.99 signed for, order cut-off point is 1pm.

All UK standard only orders over £30.00 are free shipping.

First class over £30.00 is £5.49 signed for.

Special delivery over £30.00 is £9.99 signed for, order cut-off point is 1pm..

All UK orders over £99.00 are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature.

 

Outside of UK

Europe £9.99

Worldwide £14.99

We aim to send all orders out on the same working day, if orders are placed by 1pm. (Not including Saturday and Sunday)

However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer.

Hannah’s handmade products may sometimes take a little longer if we are low on stock, but we will contact you if there is a problem.

 

UK delivery times

Standard orders under £30 are sent by second class delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 2-3 days.

All orders sent First Class are sent with the Royal Mail and should take 1-2 days to reach you.

 

Overseas delivery times

Orders are sent by airmail and should take:

3-5 days for Europe and

5-7 days for the Rest of the World (approximately).

Overseas orders are sent by "International Signed for" with the Royal Mail and should take 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Recorded and signed for orders will require a signature. Tracking numbers available upon request.

Address

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

 Items lost in transit

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information on tracked orders is available upon request.

 Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however we understand that there might be times you want to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied please contact us as soon as possible, then send your return to us within 30 days of purchase, unused. 

We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 2 weeks, providing the item is unused, in original condition with packaging undamaged.

 Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website. Please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from if you didn’t purchase from our website.

Please make sure items are adequately packed, we cannot be responsible for breakages of returned items.

 We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind, and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

 We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.

 If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.

Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email us at sales@hannahturner.co.uk, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.

 

If you are returning a framed picture please contact us and we will arrange for collection from you.
