Delivery method
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However, as we make all products to order this can take a little longer at busy times. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Delivery method
All orders are sent by "Recorded Delivery" with Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by "International Signed for" with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. All orders will require a signature.

Shipping costs
All costs are calculated before you pay, at the checkout.

Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product, please retain proof of posting.

Hand made products
As all of the birds and cats are handmade, there might be slight variation in colour depth, finish and pattern placement. We cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one that you see on screen.We feel that this adds to the charm and collectability, making our products special and different, and we hope that you will too.
